Click Download in the top toolbar to export images from the Editor to save to your computer.
Click Share to send your files directly to social media, email, or other third-party programs. See: Sharing to Social Media
Getting to Download from the Editor
The Download button can be found at the top of the Editor. Download lets you save your image to your computer. To share your image directly with others or invite them to your Shared Space, use the Share icon in the top toolbar.
Download from Hub Folders
Click the folder title with the images inside that you want to download. Click the image(s) to download, then select the Download icon (arrow pointing down) in the bottom right.
Downloading your image from the Editor
When you select Download there are five file types to choose from:
JPG—Low, Medium, or High
PNG—best for printing
PDF—for Pro and Business subscribers only
MP4—for video
GIF—best for short animated images of 10 seconds or less
Downloading a PNG
If your image has a transparent background, choose PNG as the file type. A JPG will color any transparent areas white.
A PNG is a good option if you plan on printing and need to preserve image quality.
If you have fine text a PNG will likely give you better results.
Keep in mind: PNG files do tend to be larger in overall file size than other file types.
Downloading a JPG
A JPG file is great for sharing images, as it keeps the file size relatively small. Choose from three sizes/quality levels when downloading.
Downloading a PDF
Choose to download your file as a PDF if you need a document format, or for archival purposes. Sharing your image inside a PDF makes it un-editable by others. Choose this file type for resumes or cover letters, for instance.
Downloading a MP4
Choose to download your file as a MP4 if you have any video elements in your file, including large GIF files. You'll receive an email from us from when your download is complete containing a link where you can access your file for 7 days. Your video will also download to your downloads folder on your desktop.

Downloading a GIF
Choose to download your file as a GIF if you've used an animated graphic in your design, or if your video design is under 6-10 seconds. If your GIF is longer than this in runtime, we will prompt you to download your file as a MP4 instead because GIFs over this length have huge file sizes.
**When downloading files, where they are saved is dictated by your browser settings. For security reasons, websites cannot change this on your behalf. By default, files are downloaded to a "Downloads" folder. You can set your browser to prompt you to pick a location each time.
